McLean Real Estate Prices Up Again | Arlington Real Estate News

In 22101,?properties?are selling an average of 94% of?original?list price, while 22102 is a little less at 88%. In 22101, median prices fell slightly about 7% from 2011, while 22102 saw a huge increase of 170% (fueled by a $4M sale).
