We?d like to congratulate Nathan Habhab on being selected as our April Member of the Month! Nathan has been a CrossFit Ice member for a little over 8 months! He has tackled some great strides after his knee surgery 5 months ago. He has incredible endurance and it has been nice to see him really take on the Olympic lifting lately. Great job Nathan, keep up the good work!!

I?ve been doing Crossfit about 2 years now. And in that time, I?ve built more strength and endurance just by doing Crossfit. I?ve really become interested in the Olympic lifting which is added in daily. I?m a morning person, so my wife and I usually go early in the mornings, and when I?m done in the time that we are there, I know my day will be started off right. I?ve been going to Crossfit Ice for 8 months now, and with the help of all our coaches and and the awesome programming they do, I attribute them for the increase in my strength and endurance. Also, I had a small knee surgery to repair my maniskis, and after going to therapy for about 3 or 4 weeks,?I realized they were having me strengthen my leg in ways similar to things I do in Crossfit. So I stopped going and went light with the Crossfit, and in 5 months I?m back running and fully hitting it hard again in the box!

Man I wish I had done this 10 years ago!
